The Silent Voyager

With a wingspan nearing two metres, the grey heron glides effortlessly over still waters—its vast wings slicing the air in slow, deliberate beats. A master of patience and precision, it spends hours motionless at the water’s edge before striking with unerring accuracy.

But now, in the quiet golden light of the afternoon, it takes to the sky. Surveying its domain from above, it searches for its next feeding ground—its keen yellow eyes missing nothing below.
